Shipping:
Discountthermallabels.com will ship all orders with the most cost effective option between Fed Ex Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Flat Rate, unless expedited shipping arrangements have been agreed upon with our customer. Orders for labels will ship from our New York warehouse and ribbon orders will ship from our New York or Pennsylvania warehouse. Time of delivery will follow the time periods displayed on the map on the Shipping & Returns page. If faster delivery is needed please contact customer service at [email protected] or 631-338-5766.
Returns:
Due to shelf life restrictions, no order will be refunded or exchanged after 30 days of shipment from Discount Thermal Labels.
We fully stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare instance that a product is found to be defective, please email pictures and/or videos describing the issue. After reviewing the pictures and/or videos, we may request that the labels or ribbons be sent back to Discount Thermal Labels at the address below for testing. If it is determined that a product is defective, then replacements will be provided. If there are no issues with the labels or ribbons, then no such replacement will be offered.
If an item is ordered mistakenly, such as the wrong size, color, material, or printer compatibility a return authorization can be requested by email. If a return is authorized, it is the customer’s responsibility to return items to Discount Thermal Labels. A new order can be placed for the correct items, and once the incorrect items are received a refund will be given to the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If an order qualified for free shipping, the refund will be reduced by the shipping cost. If a return is not authorized, then no refund will be processed.
Since our labels are not compatible with the new Dymo 550 and 5XL printers, as of May 1, 2023 all orders for Dymo compatible items are final and cannot be exchanged.
