Shipping:
Discountthermallabels.com will ship all orders via UPS ground or USPS flat rate priority, unless expedited shipping arrangements have been agreed upon with our customer. Orders for labels will ship from our New York warehouse and ribbon orders will ship from our New York or Pennsylvania warehouse. Returns:
We fully stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare instance that a product is found to be defective each customer has the option of receiving a replacement shipment or a full refund. In either case the defective labels or ribbons must be sent back to DiscountThermalLabels.com at the address below. Requested refunds will be processed within 10 days after the defective labels are received by Discount Thermal Labels.
If an item is ordered mistakenly, such as the wrong size, color, material, or printer compatibility it is the customer’s responsibility to return the labels or ribbons to Discount Thermal Labels. A new order can be placed for the correct items. Once the incorrect items are received a refund will be given to the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If an order qualified for free shipping, the refund will be reduced by the shipping cost. If time is not crucial items that were ordered mistakenly can also be replaced by even exchange. In this case replacement items will ship when the original items are received by Discount Thermal Labels.
Due to shelf life restrictions, items that are to be exchanged must be received by Discount Thermal Labels no later than 45 days from the original order date.
