Orders for white labels usually ship within 1-3 business days from our facility in New York. On less popular items, such as color labels, we may need 4-7 days to replenish our stock. If time is crucial please contact us to ensure that the item of interest is in stock. Expedited shipping through Fed Ex is available. Please refer to the Fed Ex shipping map below for expected delivery times for ground shipments.
All orders are eligible for free shipping via Fed Ex ground to the continental 48 states of the US. Fees for orders shipped outside of the continuous 48 states will be based on pricing set forth by Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Please contact us for shipping quotes to countries other than the US or Canada. Additional duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by local shipping companies and governments, and these fees are not associated with or collected by Discount Thermal Labels.
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Returns
Due to shelf life restrictions, no order will be refunded or exchanged after 30 days of shipment from Discount Thermal Labels.
We fully stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare instance that a product is found to be defective, please email pictures and/or videos describing the issue. After reviewing the pictures and/or videos, we may request that the labels or ribbons be sent back to Discount Thermal Labels at the address below for testing. If it is determined that a product is defective, then replacements will be provided. If there are no issues with the labels or ribbons, then no such replacement will be offered.
If an item is ordered mistakenly, such as the wrong size, color, material, or printer compatibility a return authorization can be requested by email. If a return is authorized, it is the customer’s responsibility to return items to Discount Thermal Labels. A new order can be placed for the correct items, and once the incorrect items are received a refund will be given to the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If an order qualified for free shipping, the refund will be reduced by the shipping cost. If a return is not authorized, then no refund will be processed.
Since our labels are not compatible with the new Dymo 550 and 5XL printers, as of May 1, 2023 all orders for Dymo compatible items are final and cannot be exchanged.
