Options for 2.25 x 1.25 Thermal Labels
- Standard Colors include yellow, blue, green, orange, red, pink, tan, grey and lavender.
- Use the Pantone PMS color chart to find custom colors that can be used for thermal labels.
- Choose an adhesive to meet the needs of any application, such as permanent, extra aggressive, removable, ultra removable, and freezer grade.
- Select from many face material options, such as direct thermal and thermal transfer in either standard paper or waterproof poly. UL recognized polyester is also available.
- Use the core size required by your printer, such as 3/4 inch, 1 inch, or 3 inch.
- Add a preprinted color logo, text or image at very reasonable prices.

Labels Per Roll and Diameter
- 3/4 inch core: 350 labels per roll with a 2.2 inch maximum outside diameter
- 1 inch core: 1000 labels per roll with a 5 inch maximum outside diameter
- 3 inch core: 3750 labels per roll with an 8 inch maximum outside diameter

I’ve placed a few orders now and the quality of labels is excellent. I especially like that I can mix and match material/adhesive/color options, which provides a range of options I can’t find anywhere else. Prints are crisp and legible with the full color labels, and don’t leave residue on the heating element of our printers (Zebra GX430t), which is something I’ve encountered with other color labels.
One quibble, the core has occasionally been less wide than the labels, and offset to one side inside the roll, causing the roll to sit at an angle inside the printer. It’s sometimes been difficult to get the labels to feed through the printer straight, resulting in some misaligned prints. I hope this issue gets resolved someday, but not a deal-breaker.
