Options for 4 x 2 Thermal Labels
- Standard Colors include yellow, blue, green, orange, red, pink, tan, grey and lavender.
- Use the Pantone PMS color chart to find custom colors that can be used for thermal labels.
- Choose an adhesive to meet the needs of any application, such as permanent, extra aggressive, removable, ultra removable, and freezer grade.
- Select from many face material options, such as direct thermal and thermal transfer in either standard paper or waterproof poly. UL recognized polyester is also available.
- Use the core size required by your printer, such as 3/4 inch, 1 inch, or 3 inch.
- Add a preprinted color logo, text or image at very reasonable prices.

Labels Per Roll and Diameter
- 3/4 inch core: 225 labels per roll with a 2.2 inch maximum outside diameter
- 1 inch core: 750 labels per roll with a 5 inch maximum outside diameter
- 3 inch core: 2750 labels per roll with an 8 inch maximum outside diameter
- Do you need an alternate core size or roll quantity? Since you are purchasing direct from the manufacturer we can match any specification that you may need.

The product was delivered as ordered. We ordered the 4×2″ direct thermal label in gray color. Everything is great. The adhesive on the label is fine for flat surfaces but not aggressive enough for labeling some round product we have. We would have liked a better adhesive.

The paper direct thermal labels with ultra-removable adhesive worked great for printing lab analysis labels on our Zebra ZT230 printer. They stayed on plastic 50 mL falcon tubes well, even when they got wet with some very nice fermenting Cabernet Sauvignon. When it came time to clean the tubes, the labels came off easily.

I have been using the 4 X 2 Direct thermal freezer labels on our box of day old chicks and they hold up to the post office handling. I highly recommend Direct Thermal Labels they are prompt in shipping and on the one occasion that I had an issue their customer support handled the issue quickly and professionally.

The ultra-removable label has been exactly what we need. We use these to label wood/melamine cabinet parts. The labels print crisp and clear through our Rollo direct thermal printer and have the right amount of ‘removability’ to remove easily when needed. Will be ordering regularly in the future.
